Boston
- The Freedom Trail – Take a walk through a number of Boston’s historic sites.
- Boston Common – Boston’s oldest public park. Right in the heart of the city.
- Boston Public Garden. The swan boats are there. At the end of Newbury Street
- Walk along the Esplanade
- Walk along the Emerald Necklace (Commonwealth Ave)
- Walk along the Southwest Corridor Park. It’s a beautiful little stroll and it runs right through the back side of campus, connecting Back Bay cuteness with JP cuteness.

- deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum. Catch some contemporary art from New England and beyond through outdoor sculptures in the landscape and museum exhibitions.
- The Boston Common. One of America’s oldest parks.
- The North End. Classic neighborhood, home to Paul Revere, and tons of great authentic Italian food.
Fanuel Hall – LOTS of shops and food. Touristy. But if you haven’t been to Boston before, maybe you want to do it. - Newbury Street. Classic. Great for walking, shopping, and grabbing a bite to eat.
- The Back Bay. Where Tom Brady used to live. Old Brownstones. The walking park leads into Boston Common.
- Brattle Bookstore (pretty sure it’s one of the oldest in the country)
- Trident on Newbury Street.
- Brookline Booksmith.
- The Museum of Fine Arts. Boston’s Finest Art Museum.
- MAAM – MassArt. Imagine the unimagined. Always Free
- Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Experience a treasure trove of art in a Venetian-style palace.
- Mapparium in the Christian Science Center.
- Boston Library. Has a great courtyard inside with a small cafe.
- Boston Public Garden. The swan boats are there. At the end of Newbury Street.
- Visit Fenway Park. A classic (even though the Sox are not in town, see it).

- Harvard University

- Massachusetts Institute of Technology
- Harvard Museum of Natural History It is only $15 and is a quick ride via Boston’s own T.
- Lamplighter Brewery
- Boston Paddles – kayak the Charles River!
- Larz Anderson. Visit the oldest car museum.
- CivilEngage. Explore charming and peaceful parks and gardens in Brookline.
- Visit Concord – The start of the midnight ride among many other notable important events during the American Revolution
- Visit Lexington – A charming historic town located just outside of Boston, known for its pivotal role in the American Revolution and picturesque New England scenery
- Visit Castle Island in Dorchester – Absolutely, one of the favorites.
- Visit Walden – Known for its association with the writer and philosopher Henry David Thoreau and his book “Walden; or, Life in the Woods.”
