Yes, there are. For everyone who needs help with lodging and stays, we have limited residence hall space available for rent for residency at 39 Dalton/60 Belvidere building. Apart from this, we also have a discounted room block at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. The hotel is also located at the same location as above. You can get more information on the “Travel Planning“ page
What food will be provided?
Appetizers and drinks will be served during the poster session.
Is there a dress code?
There’s no dress code. It’s common for people to wear business casual.
How do I connect to the WiFi?
Students should be able to log into NU-Wave with their Northeastern Credentials. If you are a guest and do not have Northeastern credentials, you can use the guest network. When you get to campus, click on the wireless network NUwave-guest. When prompted register for a new account. The username and password will be sent via text or email. You must have a US or Canada-based cellphone number. If you have questions, please go here for help on setting up a individual account for the guest network.
Will the bookstore be open and if so, can I get a discount?
We will publish the hours of the bookstore closer to the event date as well as any information about discounts!
